During my career in people management and development for a large blue chip company I encountered Hypnotherapy and realised its strength and its success as a tool to help others create positive changes within their lives.

I trained at EICH Bristol (Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy) and am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the Hypnotherapy Society, the National Council of Psychotherapists and the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
