Solution Based Therapy

The conscious mind is programmed to be solution focused – to naturally give you the answers and solutions to the challenges that life presents you with. It is when we are in a relaxed state that these solutions present themselves.

Extremely effective for changing perspectives for goal achievement, treatment of fears and phobias, weight loss and anxiety and depression.

Suggestion Therapy

Uses suggestions to promote and reinforce positive messages to bring about the changes you desire.

It differs from solution based therapy in that it concentrates solely on the presenting symptom and is usually able to be dealt with in around 3 sessions.

This therapy is used in areas such as confidence building, anti-smoking therapy, dealing with an interview or presentation worries.
